Advzon 3.5 HP Auto Incline Treadmill

Pros

  • Works well for daily walking
  • Auto incline adds intensity without needing more speed
  • Fits a home where space is tight

Cons

  • Running deck is too small for jogging
  • Side rails sit close, so my arms hit them while walking
  • Bigger users will feel cramped

I bought the Advzon treadmill in March 2026 to get more walking in at home. After months of use, it does that job just fine. It runs smoothly at walking speeds, and the incline gives you an easy way to make a workout harder.

Where it falls short is size. When I tried to pick up the pace and jog, the deck felt too short and narrow to stride comfortably, and that's when I stopped trusting it for runs. Even walking, my arms still bump the side rails now and then. That's annoying when you're trying to just zone out and put in the miles.

Who it's for

People who mainly walk, want a compact machine, and don't need room to run. If jogging is part of your plan, or you're a bigger build, spend a bit more on a treadmill with a wider, longer deck.

I bought this treadmill with my own money and wasn't paid to review it.
