Pros
- Good sound quality
- 1080p camera records clear video
- Headset and camera in one unit
Cons
- Included mounts don't fit curved helmet shapes well
- Wired mount lets the unit wobble; I don't fully trust it at speed
- Awkward mounting angle limits what the camera sees
- No intercom function
I bought the Moman H4C in June 2026 to get Bluetooth audio and a helmet camera in one unit. On the electronics side, it delivers. The sound is good, and the video looks good too.
The problem is mounting. My helmet has a lot of curves, and the included mounts just didn't sit well on it. The wired mount lets the headset wobble too much, and I'm not confident it won't fly off on the road. Because I had to mount it at an odd angle to make it fit, the camera doesn't capture the view very well either.
One more thing to know is that this is a headset with a camera, not an intercom. You can't use it to talk rider-to-rider.
Who it's for
Riders with a smoother, rounder helmet shell who want audio and a camera in one unit. If your helmet has aggressive curves or vents where you'd mount it, look for something with a better mounting system.
I bought this with my own money and wasn't paid to review it.
